Order processing. Orders are processed within [1–3] business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping times. Estimated delivery is [3–7] business days within the United States after processing. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping rates. Shipping is calculated at checkout. [Free shipping on orders over $35.]

International shipping. We currently ship within the United States only.

Delays. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, email us at support@velumeskin.com and we'll help.

Lost or damaged packages. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.

Incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll do our best to help.
